What's Included in the Picnic?

Picnic table, blankets, pillows, table decor, LED candles, plates, centerpiece with fresh or dried florals, flatware, wine goblet, cloth napkin, placemats, sparkling water or lemonade, custom letter board, games. 

Cleanup?

Don't worry about cleaning up, we've got it covered. Our luxury picnics and events are all set up on location prior to the start of your event and we clean up everything once you have finished. Our slumber parties are typically set up by 5pm the day of the party and cleaned the following day by 12pm. 

How do I select a location?

Picnic locations can be quite flexible, at a public park, your backyard, or even inside! We have preferred park locations that you can choose from as well. Slumber parties will typically be set up in the comfort of your own home. Slumber parties have also been used for lock-in's or to provide extra sleeping at overnight birthday sleepover parties.  

What's your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. We do accept rebooking within 6 months of your original picnic date, this will need to be done at minimum 72 hours prior to the booking. 

How do I secure my date? 

Simply select the "book now" tab to send an email. Once we have discussed your party needs we will email you an invoice. We require a $50 deposit to secure the booking. The remainder payment for the party will be due at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled party.  

COVID PREPAREDNESS

The safety of our customers is our number one priority. During set up we will be masked and wear gloves. All linen and blankets are washed, picnic tables sanitized, and all tableware is deep cleaned. We also have hand sanitizer wipes available for your use during each picnic.
